Frequent Questions
Are Fiber and Wifi plans valid throughout the national territory?
Yes, as long as we have coverage in your area. For example, our Wi-Fi network is only in some parts of Seville and the province.
Are mobile plans valid throughout the national territory?
Yes, always
Permanent plans?
As for us the installation has a cost, as we put 1 year of permanence. The mobile plans do not have permanence. If you don't want to stay, you can pay the installation cost (from 60€ to 120€)
What are the hours of attendance?
From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The rest of the time you can leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible
